A tornado that caused damage to a home and damaged power lines came down near Liberal, Kansas at 4:48 on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.

By the middle of the day, there were many tornado warnings.

The tornado did indeed land near southeast Liberal, according to Greg Sanders, Seward County Director of Emergency Management
