About 800,000+ Nissan Rogue SUVs have been recalled due to a serious key detect flaw.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration warns that a problem with this kind of key might cause some 2014–2020 Nissan Rogue and 2017–2022 Rogue Sport SUVs to abruptly shut off.

That kind of key is at the center of a significant Nissan Rogue recall that affects about a quarter million Rogue SUVs.

Users are encouraged to only use their key while it is unfurled and not to attach any attachments to it until a fix is available.
